Requirements :

  1. Graduated in Accounting from a reputable university with min GPA of 3.0
  2. Min. years of work experience : 3 years  in similar position in multinational environment 
  3. Preferably has background in External Audit, FMCG/ Retail/ e-Commerce
  4. Have experience using Accounting Software
  5. Has knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, Tax Law
  6. Brevet A ; B is a must
  7. Moderate to advanced skill in Microsoft excel
  8. High attention to details and accuracy
  9. Able to communicate in English (speaking and writing)

 

Job Descriptions :

  1. Monitor and oversee daily accounting journal entry
  2. Perform GL reconciliation to ensure the account hygiene and propose the required corrective journal
  3. Maintain monthly schedule for Prepaid Expense, Accruals, Fixed Asset depreciation.
  4. Support production of accurate and reliable financial reports/ monthly closing process
  5. Manage external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audit and alignment for any new accounting rules.
  6. Responsible in checking Invoice/Company Transaction to ensure the accuracy of the applicable tax treatment
  7. Responsible in calculating monthly VAT payable/overpayment and perform the Vat equalization
  8. Review E-billing and proceed payment request to Finance
  9. Responsible in monthly compliance reporting (SPT PPN & PPH)

  2. Proven of experience in social media creative management
