Requirements :
- Graduated in Accounting from a reputable university with min GPA of 3.0
- Min. years of work experience : 3 years in similar position in multinational environment
- Preferably has background in External Audit, FMCG/ Retail/ e-Commerce
- Have experience using Accounting Software
- Has knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, Tax Law
- Brevet A ; B is a must
- Moderate to advanced skill in Microsoft excel
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Able to communicate in English (speaking and writing)
Job Descriptions :
- Monitor and oversee daily accounting journal entry
- Perform GL reconciliation to ensure the account hygiene and propose the required corrective journal
- Maintain monthly schedule for Prepaid Expense, Accruals, Fixed Asset depreciation.
- Support production of accurate and reliable financial reports/ monthly closing process
- Manage external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audit and alignment for any new accounting rules.
- Responsible in checking Invoice/Company Transaction to ensure the accuracy of the applicable tax treatment
- Responsible in calculating monthly VAT payable/overpayment and perform the Vat equalization
- Review E-billing and proceed payment request to Finance
- Responsible in monthly compliance reporting (SPT PPN & PPH)
